How does the EHS Band Officers, Director and staff communicate with ALLLLLL the Boosters?

We use everything – including smoke signals! You will find that most folks feel empowered when they are informed – boy will you all be empowered! You as well as your student will receive information/documents/forms…. by several methods – via email, printed document and through the website. You will receive information and reminders as the year goes on from the director(s), marching staff, booster officer(s), fundraising chairperson(s) – or all the above.

Our intention is to send you ‘important stuff’ about [literally] everything through whatever method YOU may want to consume it – if you are a web-surfer, an email nut [at home or the office…or by blackberry], or you prefer the piece of paper-in-hand – then you’ll have it. Sometimes it will seem that we come at you from all ends, but it’s simple to handle – if you get ‘message #1’ via several email addresses (…which you provided to us) simply read it, then press “delete” and get rid of the extra ones. If you want to view the Band Booster website at 2:34 am – rest assured it will have the most up- to- date information available for your consumption. While video and audio podcasting are becoming popular, we’re just not quite there yet, and the EHS band boosters do have a few limitations … or… hmmmmmmmmmm?
