State Shirts,Jackets and Patches Order Form

Orders with full payment must be turned in no later than Thursday, November 20th. You may drop the form along with payment into the band booster payment box located in Mr. Well’s office.  All orders MUST be accompanied by a correct currency or a single check (made to “Edgewood High School”) in the exact amount of the order.  You may also address questions to:

The photos for the buttons have been printed.  They are in a 3 ring binder and will be on the table by Mr. Well’s office.  I’ll drop it off on my way to work at 8:30 a.m.

Also the order forms for spirit wear are due by 5:00 p.m. Monday the 24th.  Please put the order form along with your payment in an envelope and put into the white locked box in Mr. Well’s office.  It is to the left of the aquarium.

If you missed seeing the spirit wear last week you will have another opportunity Monday evening.  Be sure to come inside the school (band hall) between 8:30 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.
