IU Mens BB Concessions
RULES: WHAT TO WEAR: You will wear closed toed shoes; IU shirts and IU caps (you
get them at the game – you will change out of them before leaving)
PARKING & ENTRY Tickets given ahead of time – provide entry to parking and entry into Assembly Hall. You will need to park in Lot # 11 and use the north entrance of Assembly Hall. I will have the tickets for all the games at the December 8th booster meeting . Please
plan to attend or send someone to pick them up shortly before the meeting.
Cell phones: on silence, for emergency only; do not talk on a phone unless
away from the window in the closed in area.
You must arrive 2 hours prior to the tip-off; you must stay until the stand
is cleaned and inventories are taken.
Reminder: IF YOU SIGN UP, YOU are responsible for finding a replacement to
cover your entire shift if you cannot work; you are responsible for
informing the chairs and seeing that they arrive on time and understand the
rules. Adults can not be replaced with a student.
If you sign up and are a no-show, first time – a warning; second time – you
will not be allowed to sign up the rest of the season.

EHS Performing Arts program has always been fortunate to partner with many generous community supporters during marching season. Each year the Band Booster’s solicit corporate sponsors to assist with funding needs outside the student “fairshare” annual program. The Band Boosters, Directors and Staff, and the entire Marching Mustang nation wish to thank the many companies, corporations, and individual donors for their contributions.

There are still more IU Football Parking opportunites coming up this year. We have a need of volunteers for games on September 27th, October 11th & 25th, November 1st and 8th.
I have to let IU know how many people we have coming each game by TUESDAY preceding the game. Pay is $8 per hour and a free game ticket at the end of your shift!
If you are interested in this fundraising opportunity, please contact me not later than Monday evening prior to each IU home game.
