State Shirts,Jackets and Patches Order Form
Orders with full payment must be turned in no later than Thursday, November 20th. You may drop the form along with payment into the band booster payment box located in Mr. Well’s office. All orders MUST be accompanied by a correct currency or a single check (made to “Edgewood High School”) in the exact amount of the order. You may also address questions to:

Need to know the price of the photo buttons, where the order forms can be obtained from (website, etc) so I can order at the next order session of 09/11/09. Thanks!
Click the “Spirit Wear Order Form” at the top of this page. That should do it for you. The photo buttons are $3 a piece.
